This event is hosted monthly and is directed by Scott Owens, the 2008 Visiting Writer at CVC College and author of four books.  It consists of a structured 2 person reading and then a set time for an "open mic" that is coordinated in advance.  For additional information on the format and reading opportunities, contact Scott at asowens1@yahoo.com.  The coffeehouse is open for business during this event so it is a great opportunity to experience Taste Full Beans in the evening!!  We thank Scott for his tireless efforts to keep POETRY ALIVE in Hickory NC.
